The second volume of Vino è, again written in collaboration with Claudia Moriondo, Riccardo Modesti and Mario Busso, focuses on the vines of continental Europe with the shared objective of Volume one, to emphasize the native vines which, present on the same land for centuries, have gone through a natural selection and were differentiated rendering themselves characteristics of the zone.
